四川海相地层白油基钻井液泡酸解卡技术研究

摘要:

针对四川海相碳酸盐岩地层钻井作业中白油基钻井液体系的卡钻难题,提出了一种新型泡酸解卡配方。以川西海相碳酸盐岩地层岩屑和钻具为研究对象,通过室内实验优化了盐酸和缓蚀剂的含量,确保了高效解卡且不损伤钻具,形成了配套的泡酸解卡工艺,并在现场进行了应用。研究确定了新配方盐酸的质量比为20%,缓蚀剂的质量比为6%。现场应用表明:新配方在白油基钻井液中解卡时间短,可有效防止钻具酸蚀损坏,降低了故障造成的经济损失。同时配套的泡酸解卡工艺流程简单,现场操作方便,可行性高。该研究为白油基钻井液环境下泡酸解卡技术的应用提供了理论依据和技术支持。

Abstract:

Aiming at the problem of drilling stuck in white oil-based drilling fluid system during drilling in Marine carbonate formations in Sichuan province, a new formula of soaking acid unlocking was proposed. With the rock cuttings and drilling tools from the Marine carbonate rock strata in western Sichuan as the research objects, the contents of hydrochloric acid and corrosion inhibitors were optimized through indoor experiments to ensure efficient unlocking without damaging the drilling tools. A corresponding acid soaking jamming process was formed and applied on site. The research determined that the mass ratio of hydrochloric acid in the new formula was 20% and that of corrosion inhibitor was 6%. Field application shows that the new formula has a short unlocking time in white oil-based drilling fluid, effectively prevents acid erosion damage of drilling tools, and reduces the direct economic losses caused by faults. At the same time, the supporting acidizing and unlocking process is simple, convenient for on-site operation and highly feasible. This study provides theoretical basis and technical support for the application of soaking acid unsticking technology in white oil based drilling fluid environment.
