摘要:

分析了开展油气长输管线安全性、可靠性和风险分析研究的重要性,说明了管线可靠性研究必须从防腐层开始,提出了管道本体安全性问题的三个研究领域:剩余强度、剩余寿命和风险分析技术。由于需要广泛的考虑众多主客观不确定性因素,还提出了模糊风险分析的研究思想。最后,为全面解决管线可靠性问题提出了需要进一步研究的方向。

Abstract:

The importance of safety,reliability and risk technlology of the pipeline is analyzed in this article. It is shown that the study on the reliability of Pipeline must from the coating.In this article,three fields of the problems of pipeline have been put forward;that is; the residual, Strength,residual lifetime and risk analysls.Because of numerous subjective / objective uncertainty factors,the ideal of fuzzy risk analysis is advanced.Finally, some more research aspects are brought forward to resolve overall reliability problems of pipeline.
