特低渗透油田压裂补能转方式开发技术与管理一体化模式实践

摘要:

针对外围扶杨特低渗透储层探明地质储量巨大,以往采用注水方式开发,采取压裂投产、加密布井等措施效果均不理想。2020年采出程度较标定采出程度低10%以上,开发效果较差。为实现油田持续稳产的目标,通过改变原有注水开发方式为压裂补能后弹性开采方式,实施多专业协同联动的一体化管理,大幅度提高采收率,累计增油近7万t,创经济效益9 402.9万元,开发效果与经济效益显著。转方式开发一体化管理为已开发的特低渗透油田改善整体效果及未动用难采储量的经济有效开发提供了重要借鉴,有效支撑了油田可持续发展,为国家能源发展提供了坚实保障。

Abstract:

In view of the huge proved geological reserves of the peripheral Fuyangte low permeability reservoir, in the past, the water injection method was adopted for development. Measures such as fracturing for production and increasing the number of Wells were not satisfactory. In 2020, the actual production rate was more than 10% lower than the calibrated production rate, resulting in poor development performance. In order to achieve the goal of continuous and stable production of oil field, by changing the original water injection development mode to the elastic mining mode after fracturing and filling energy, the integrated management of multi-professional collaboration and linkage was implemented, which greatly improved the recovery rate, accumulated oil increase of nearly 70 thousand tons, and created 94,029 million yuan of economic benefits, and the development effect and economic benefits were remarkable. The integrated management of the transformation and development modes provides an important reference for improving the overall effect of the developed ultra-low permeability oil fields and the economic and effective development of the hard-to-recover reserves that have not been utilized. It effectively supports the sustainable development of the oil fields and offers a solid guarantee for the country's energy development.
