摘要:

目前油田为挖掘老井潜力,开展老井侧钻小井眼开窗技术,采用筛管顶部注水泥完井方式。后期涉及到小套管钻盲板施工,存在井下动力改变间隙小、水平段长、井斜大、磨阻大等施工难点。针对这些问题,冀东油田井下作业公司开展研究完井方面的技术对策,从完井工具结构和材料上解决了分级箍和盲板钻除难题,采用新型研究设计D78 mm三刃平底磨鞋(水眼直径D11mm)+D73 mm螺杆钻小修作业施工钻塞,经过一段时间的技术探索、优化调整,逐步形成一套可行性技术方案,减少了完井后新井投产作业时间及成本,保障了后期酸洗作业效果,推动了水平井筛管完井技术的进一步发展。

Abstract:

At present, in order to tap the potential of old wells, the oilfield has carried out the technology of small wellbore window opening through side drilling of old wells and adopted the completion method of injecting cement at the top of the screen pipe. In the later stage, when it comes to the construction of small casing drilling blind plates, there are construction difficulties such as small dynamic change gap in the well, long horizontal section, large well deviation and high wear resistance. In response to these issues, the Downhole Operations Company of Jidong Oilfield has carried out research on technical countermeasures for well completion, solving the problems of removing grading hoops and blind plates drilling from the structure and materials of completion tools. By adopting a new research design of D78 mm three-edge flat-bottomed grinding shoes(water hole diameter D11 mm) + D73 mm screw drill for minor repair operation and construction of drill plugs, after a period of technical exploration and optimization adjustment, a feasible technical solution has gradually been formed. This has shortened the operation time and cost for the new wells to be put into production after completion, ensured the effectiveness of the later acid washing operation, and promoted the further development of the horizontal well screen pipe completion technology.
