特殊扣井下工具在苛刻环境油气田勘探开发中应用广泛,具有产品种类多、单次订单数量少、扣型不统一及技术参数要求高等特点。从“人、机、料、法、环”方面对井下工具特殊扣加工的质量影响因素进行了分析,并从设备改造、技术改进、加工过程控制及人员能力提升等方面采取改进和优化措施,解决了特殊扣加工过程中存在的一系列质量缺陷问题,保证了产品质量,实现了产品合格交付和现场正常运行。
Abstract:Special buckle downhole tools are widely used in the exploration and development of oil and gas fields in harsh environment, which have the characteristics of multiple product types, small number of a single order, different buckle types and high technical parameters. The quality influencing factors of special buckle processing for underground tools were analyzed from aspects such as "people, machines, materials, methods and environment". And improvement and optimization measures were taken from aspects such as equipment transformation, technological improvement, processing process control and personnel capability enhancement. This has solved a series of quality defect problems existing in the processing of special fasteners, ensured product quality, and achieved qualified product delivery and normal operation on site.
