针对定向井沟通断裂带内部油气面临侵入岩与破碎带垮塌、漏失,导致钻井效率低、周期长的问题。为保障安全高效钻井,基于三压力剖面研究,优选3个必封点,设计了四级井身结构;针对侵入岩易坍塌,开展侵入岩坍塌压力模型与理化特征研究,配套提出防塌措施与钻井提速工艺;针对储层破碎地层垮塌的难题,设计了有利于盲打的井眼轨迹与钻衬一体化钻具组合。集成技术实现了顺北低序级断裂带安全快速钻井,实钻周期节省了21.8 d。
Abstract:Directional wells are faced with the problems of low drilling efficiency and long drilling cycle due to the collapse and loss of intrusive rock and fracture zone when communicating oil and gas inside the fault zone. In order to ensure safe and efficient drilling, based on the study of the three pressure profile, three required sealing points were selected, and a four-stage well structure was designed. Given that intrusive rocks are prone to collapse, research on the collapse pressure model and physical and chemical characteristics of intrusive rocks were carried out, and corresponding anti-collapse measures and drilling speed-up techniques were proposed. In order to solve the problem of collapse of fractured formation in reservoir, the integrated drilling tool combination of hole trajectory and drilling liner was designed for blind drilling. The integrated technology has realized safe and rapid drilling in the Shunbei low-sequence fault zone, saving 21.8 days in the actual drilling cycle.
