论证了油气企业实施精益六西格玛管理的重要性,分析了推行精益六西格玛管理需要在"意识、文化和方法工具应用"方面变革的要求,介绍了中原油田在推进六西格玛管理方面的经验和取得的成效,对油气企业广泛推广应用六西格玛管理,提供出了一定的借鉴思路。
Abstract：This paper demonstrates the importance of implementing lean six sigma management in oil and gas enterprises, analyzes the requirements of implementing lean six sigma management in terms of "consciousness, culture, method and tool application", introduces the experience and achievements of Zhongyuan Oilfield in promoting six sigma management, and puts forward some suggestions for oil and gas enterprises to widely promote the application of six sigma management.
