老油田井下作业井控技术监督体系构建与实践

摘要:

针对老油田开发年限长、井下工况复杂(套变、落物多、压力异常)、井控风险突出且技术监督针对性不足的问题,以老油田井下作业全流程为核心,聚焦技术监督环节,构建“风险辨识监督-防控措施监督-设计审核监督-作业过程监督-效果评估监督”的闭环技术监督体系。通过强化老油田特有的历史数据核查、现场工况勘查、关键工序旁站监督,解决洗井不彻底、封隔器解封不到位、老井压力核实不准等问题。实践表明,该体系实施后,井下作业未发生溢流及井喷事故,有效保障了作业人员与设备安全,减少非计划性停工停产,降低资源浪费与环境风险,为油气田井下作业安全高效开展提供技术支撑。

Abstract:

In response to the problems of long development years for old oilfields, complex underground conditions(such as casing deformation, fallen objects, abnormal pressure), prominent well control risks, and insufficient targeted technical supervision, with the whole process of underground operation in old oil fields as the core, the technical supervision link was focused on, and the closedloop technical supervision system was constructed, which consists of "risk identification supervision-prevention and control measures supervision-design audit supervision-operation process supervision-effect evaluation supervision". By strengthening the unique historical data verification of old oil fields, field condition exploration, and on-site supervision of key processes, the problems such as incomplete well cleaning, incomplete packer unsealing, and inaccurate verification of old well pressure were solved. Practice has shown that after the implementation of this system, no overflow or blowout accidents have occurred in downhole operations, effectively ensuring the safety of operators and equipment, reducing unplanned shutdowns and production halts, lowering resource waste and environmental risks, and providing technical support for the safe and efficient development of downhole operations in oil and gas fields.
