介绍了可接受性风险研究的重要意义及其确定原则,并对影响可接受性风险的因素进行了归纳总结。以油气管道风险评估为例,对所涉及到的管道失效、泄漏而引起的人员安全和环境风险可接受性的评估方法进行了综合分析,同时结合国内外已有研究成果提出了建立油气管道风险可接受性标准的基本思路。最后,讨论了在我国进行油气管道可接受性风险评估研究所要解决的问题和今后的研究方向。
Abstract:An introduction is made of the importance of acceptability risk research and the principles for determining it and a summary is made of the factors affecting acceptability risk. Taking the risk assessment of oil and gas pipeline for example, a comprehensive analysis is made of the methods for assessing risk acceptability to human safety and environmental protection caused by pipeline failure and leakage. Some basic ideas for formulating standards for risk acceptability of oil and gas pipeline are proposed in light of the research findings at home and abroad. Finally, a discussion is made of the problems to be solved and future directions for China's research in acceptability risk assessment of oil and gas pipeline.
